Keep a head full of negativity your world will become what you think and perceive! One’s mind can convince us that we are worthless or priceless, unattractive or beautiful, stupid/dumb or smart. Keep out the negative clutter. Welcome the positive vibes, words, feelings and thoughts.

The One Night Stand!

This week’s F.O.C.U.S

The One Night Stand

Something for the single beaus and belles!

For just one night Stand alone, sleep alone, be alone; get a great night’s sleep.

Wake up with the new realization it is OK to be alone.  

When we realize this it will become easier to have more of those “ONE” night stands.  Light some candles /turn down the lights, enjoy your favorite genre of music, pour a glass of your favorite beverage, make yourself a great meal and enjoy papering you; at least you will/ should not be disappointed or have any regrets later!

For just one night take a stand; make a promise to yourself that you will not settle for just another warm body in your cold bed.  Stand up and know your NO enough to say “NO”

Put the one you see in the mirror in your number “ONE” spot and enjoy dating yourself for just one night; stand.

There are some people who will throw mess out there hoping it will cause riffs in other peoples lives.  Stupid folks should never try this trick with smart folks; it will turn out badly for the drama queens and kings and they will never see the "response" coming.

I have not done one of these in a long time!

Listen up Ladies and Gentlemen,

If the one you love does a 180 on you and becomes a stranger in your life, stop trying to hold on to someone who wants to be free!  Follow the LEAD and MAKE A U TURN so both of you are headed in opposite directions.  Be very thankful you were strong enough to walk away before they had the chance to become part of your lifetime! The Season is over, do not obsess over the reason.

My Two Cents of Cerebral (My Mirror and ME)

Some people have experience so many heartache, pain and disappointments that they have lost faith in the one they see when they look in the mirror.  This is such an issue that many begin to hate, loathe and even wish harm to the person on the other end just to punish them for allowing such things to manifest in their lives. 

The issue is that the person standing on the outside needs to realize is the fact that things happen in this experience called life and sometimes many people tend to place burdens and blame on the man or woman in the mirror because they have become accustomed to being in the battles and struggles. There is no one there to blame but the reflective image in the mirror. 

Let's pretend you are on the other side of that mirror, what would you tell the person on the outside looking in? 

HEY you! I realize we have been through some rough patched and had to jump some really high hurdles but I am no more to blame than you are so stop it! I need you to believe in me so that WE can become strong enough to face whatever comes our way.  I will make a deal with you, if you believe in me I will believe in you; we can walk this road together and we will make it through.  

The moral of the story?  Just remember the person you see in the mirror is no more the cause of those heartaches and pains in your life than you are so stop playing the blame game. It will be OK and remember when the going gets tough you may have nobody to depend on but the person you see in the mirror.  BE nice to that person because he/she may be the only ally your have.  Believe in the BEAUTY that is you; you have won the hardest part of the battle! 

My 2 Cents of Cerebral for today! (Crying Without Tears)

If you are going to put on a show make it a great one!
If you are going to pretend you are crying, show me some tears
AND
If you can create the prop tears DO NOT turn them off when someone calls you out on your mess.
BECAUSE  at that moment you remove all doubt about the question of your authenticity.

OM gosh people stop buying into every performance you see or hear!

This does not apply to those crying in silence because our tears are on the inside where no one can see them.

Many of us die mental and spiritual deaths; we become the walking dead!  Life without purpose has no meaning.  We must take all of the burdens that hold us back to the LORD and leave them there. Some battles are not our own to fight and some people are not meant to be in our lives if they are bringing us down; we need to let all of it go.  GOD gave us life to live with divine purpose NOT demon filled death!  Crawl if you must but move forward into the light then stand up and bask in the beauty of the possibilities that surround you.

Death will come soon enough so enjoy every wakening moment living your life with meaning and purpose!

Take everyone out of the equation, every thought, every joke every negative works ever aimed at you.

YOU have to talk to the person you see in the mirror and get everything out everything you have been convinced is wrong with that person.

Once you are able to stand up to hearing the negative from yourself you will be able to stand up to it and move one when others speak it into your life!

The words of others only have power when you give it to them!  The words you speak to yourself can build or destroy you!

I have come across quite a few experts in the fields of lies!
These people have managed to convince themselves they have everyone fooled by their deceptions.
OK!

Remember what you do in the dark always manages to find its way into the light; here have some more rope I will just sit here on this beautiful bright sunny day and sip on my tall glass of KARMA!

As I watch you and your liquid lies flow down the river of self destruction!  I realize those this applies to will never believe it is about them while those who are blinded by the lies that slip from the deceivers lips could never fathom these words apply to anyone they think are sent by GOD himself!

Because many people would rather exist in their world of delusion than live a life of truth!
